For purposes of this Agreement, a User who pays for any portion of the Site or Service shall be referred to as a “Subscriber.” As a Subscriber, you must agree to the payment terms presented to you at the time you sign up on the Site.

Automatic Billing and Prices.

By providing your credit card information to NEW CONSTRUCTS LLC (the “Company”) you agree that charges will be billed to your credit card for the applicable pricing plan and any additional charges you may incur. Advance automated billing to your credit card will occur on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly cycle (depending on the term you have chosen) on the anniversary of the initial set-up and activation date unless other arrangements have been contractually arranged.

Subscribers are responsible for taking action prior to renewal if you do not want your subscription to renew automatically. You might not receive further notice of your renewal after signing up for an account or subscription. Subscriptions recur monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending upon the renewal term you choose during the signup process.

You are responsible to ensure that the credit card associated with your account or subscription is up to date, that information posted in connection with it is accurate, and that you are authorized to use it. If the Company cannot charge your credit card, we may cancel your subscription and you may lose access to the Service and any data associated with your subscription.

Note that we reserve the right to raise prices at any time. Generally, we plan to raise prices ~5% every year.

We will always notify you in advance of any price changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change and, by continuing to use New Constructs services after the price change takes effect, you will have accepted the new price. If you do not agree to a price change, you can reject the change by unsubscribing from the applicable Paid Subscription prior to the price change going into effect.

Our Right to Suspend or Cancel your Account.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account without refund should we suspect any suspicious or abusive behavior that may indicate users are not complying with our Terms of use.

Your Right of Cancellation.

You may cancel at any time by selecting the “Cancel My Membership” link on the Get Access page while logged into your account. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

For security reasons, an email or phone call to the Company is not sufficient to cancel your account or subscription: please cancel at any time by selecting the “Cancel My Membership” link on the Get Access page.

You will lose access to the Site and Service as soon as you cancel.

Refund Policy:
Due to the unique nature of our digital products and services, we do not provide refunds. However, we do offer store credit under specific circumstances. The decision for granting store credit will be subject to review by our dedicated services team.
Store Credit Criteria:
To be considered for store credit, subscribers must fulfill the following criteria:
1. Cancellation timing: The cancellation request must be made within the first 30 days of the subscription start date.
2. Quantifiable Reasons: Subscribers must provide quantifiable reasons for canceling their subscription.
3. Communication with Services Team: Subscriber must engage with our services team to discuss their reasons for cancellation. This communication should occur within the first 30 days of their subscription.
Process for Store Credit:
If you meet the above criteria and our services team determines that your reasons for cancellation are valid, you may receive store credit to be used toward any future purchases within our platform.
How to Request Store Credit:
After canceling, please contact our customer support team at support@newconstructs.com providing all relevant information.

Unless otherwise stated all content, services and subscriptions will be delivered in a digital format upon purchase or registration. Method of delivery is emails or membership site access.
