The category receives our Neutral rating, which is based on aggregate ratings of 65 ETFs and 133 mutual funds in the All Cap Blend style as of January 26, 2026. Figure 1 ranks from best to worst the All Cap Blend ETFs that meet our liquidity standards and Figure 2 shows the five best and worst rated All Cap Blend mutual funds. Not all All Cap Blend style ETFs and mutual funds are created equal. The number of holdings varies widely (from 3 to 1,187). This variation creates drastically different investment implications and, therefore, ratings.
