Figure 1 ranks from best to worst the Small Cap Blend ETFs that meet our liquidity standards and Figure 2 shows the best and worst rated Small Cap Blend mutual funds. Not all Small Cap Blend style ETFs and mutual funds are created equal. The number of holdings varies widely (from 24 to 2,076). This variation creates drastically different investment implications and, therefore, ratings.
