      This is good advice. Oracle has seen this kind of decline a few times in the last decade and it’s always been an opportunity. Of course they face competition but their software controls the life blood, nervous system and brains for the Global 10,000. They have also shown that they are not going to spare any resource to ensure that their grip remains intact.
